Nach sieben Jahren Pause ist mit "subHuman" das mittlerweile fünfte Studioalbum von Ex-Mitglied Alan Wilder erschienen. Wilder gibt sich auf dem neuen Longplayer gewohnt experimentell, düster und elektronisch. Das neue Recoil-Werk besticht vor allem seine bluesige Note, die dem Album eine einmalige Atmosphäre verleiht.

Recoil embarks in Moscow and launches remastered videos

Following the great success of the summer events in Berlin and Prague, Recoil are again celebrating the release of "subHuman" with a party, this time on December 1st at the club Strangel in Moscow (Ryazansky prosp. 2b.).
Former Depeche Mode member Alan Wilder will be making a special appearance to sign your items and chat with as many people as possible. The evening will feature music courtesy of various DJs and some local live acts, video projection and competitions. While in Moscow, amongst other things, Wilder will also be visiting key radio stations ('Echo of Moscow', 'Silver Rain') and making a record store appearance at the welknown Soyus store.

In more Recoil news, re-mastered versions of all the Recoil films including "Electro Blues For Bukka White" (2000 mix) and "Shunt", both directed by Richard Bell, have been uploaded at the Official Recoil YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/recoilofficial). These are newer, sharper versions of the official promo films, many of which appear with the audio track re-laid, taken from the original masters.
There is also an improved version of the 'Liquid' EPK. Coming very soon, will be the final missing piece, the re-mastered EPK from "Unsound Methods".

You can now download an exclusive, special edition photographic booklet recording Alan Wilder's recent promotional trip to Prague late september to support the release of the latest Recoil album "subHuman".

Alan Wilder and his wife Hepzibah Sessa were followed everywhere - from airport to radio stations, restaurants to release party - by official photographer Ivana Dvorsky who succeeded in capturing the whole trip quite well. (vaesed Wilderid)

The pictures are now available as a high quality downloadable PDF file (7.9MB) including an introduction from Alan and "Lost in translation" - the story of the event written by Hepzibah Sessa.

The reason for giving the award to the former Depeche Mode member Alan Wilder : "... But whereas Richard Melville Hall sampled and essentially remixed forgotten blues and folk songs into tight knit electro pop confections, Wilder has gone in the opposite direction, opting instead to employ the services of Texas Blues singer Joe Richardson and chanteuse Carla Trevaskis and craft intricate electronic numbers around their distinctly hypnotic vocals. The result is a mutated expansion of blues, folk, and electronic music that is rendered in a mesmerizing and progressive manner. To wit none of the tracks on the album are shorter than 7-minutes in length."

'Prey'/'Allelujah' - Enhanced CD release
Alan Wilder is pleased to announce, due to popular demand, a limited edition CD release of 'Prey'/'Allelujah' on 25th February 2008.

This enhanced CD package includes 'Prey' mixes, the reduction mix of 'Allelujah' plus a never-before-seen film for 'Allelujah', directed by Dmitry Semenov. It will also be accompanied by an exclusive downloadable booklet featuring video stills, 'subHuman' art and commentary from Alan Wilder, Hepzibah Sessa and Dmitry Semenov.

The CD is being issued, with the support of Mute, through Russian label Gala Records in conjunction with www.depeche-mode.ru and is exclusively available to order only from that page.

It is highly recommend that you get your orders in quickly because only a limited number of these CDs are being produced.

Sinku on kõige tavalisemas singli formaadis/karbis. Credit tekstid sees inglise keeles, natuke ka kirillitsas. Video on MPG formaadis ja lihtsalt eraldi failina, st puudub eri-interfeiss video vaatamiseks. Ja video on muideks täitsa tore. Allelujah on mul plaadilt algusest peale lemmik olnud.
