Out via Interstate Records by the end of December is a 180 gram black vinyl version of Joy Division's "Live at the Leigh Rock Festival in 1979".

The release comes hand-numbered and in a limited edition album of only 1000 copies. The release has a gatefold sleeve with previously unseen Leigh Festival images. Each LP will have a stiff outer protective PVC clear gatefold cover. This item will only be manufactured for a short period of time so will be very limited.

Here are the 11 tracks featured on this LP:

Included here are Joy Division, A Certain Ratio, The Teardrop Explodes and Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark. The packet comes with a-ten page foldout CD booklet about Leigh Rock Festival featuring rare images and information on the event.

NEW ORDER bassist PETER HOOK has announced that he will perform Joy Division's debut album live in its entirety to mark the 30th anniversary of the death of late singer Ian Curtis.
The show will take place at his new Manchester venue FAC51 on May 18th and will also feature a number of special guests.
